PINES IN SAN GABRIEL MOUNTAINS

As descending, I was losing daylight fast. It meant that catching the sunset in the mountains was coming. In fact, I’d rather catch the sunset in the mountains than hurriedly trudge down back to my car without anything to show off for. That would’ve certainly defeated the point of carrying such a heavy load that I was carrying on this winter hike. As the the sun was dropping, the sky was also slowly getting percolated in a tint of yellow and orange. So was the snow in the mountains…
