As the sun was sinking, a hint of warm, orange glow started infusing the blue sky. Cathedral Peak along with Eichorn Pinnacle lit up in orange. It was so bright and vivid that it felt like almost unreal. The reflection of the gorgeous granite in the water was dreamy. The lake was slowly fading into dim shade, and it was taking the forest with it. A moment that would evanesce in time. Like anything in life. A beautiful moment. And yet nothing stays beautiful forever.
