Twilight set in. The overwhelming intensity of the orange glow in the sky now started waning. The thin Cirrus clouds were slowly dispersing away as the darkness lurked closer. I couldn’t take my eyes off of the smooth surface of the water beautifully juxtaposed right next to the jagged rock beds. The reflection of the sky in warm hue heightened the snaggy and yet ornate texture of the rocks. While I was transfixed at them, my feet got swallowed up by the advancing waves a couple of times despite my best effort not to. Guess it’s time to seriously consider buying one of those waders.
